Sharing Success of 2017
As 2017 comes to an exhilarating end I would like to reflect a bit and share with you what The Luxury Level has accomplished in our first year of business. I could not be more proud of our core foundation and the unique direction our company is headed.
In April of 2017, The Luxury Level was launched and immediately hit the ground sprinting. After demonstrating the level of service and quality of work we provide, we quickly caught the attention of top producing agents and agencies in Southern California and proudly work with many of them. The Luxury Level is growing rapidly. We have brought on board an amazing Principal Software Engineer and development team, an amazing Operations and Design Director, three photographers, 3 videographers and 2 drone operators. Our drone pilots are registered with the FAA and have their UAS 107 license to fly commercially.
We continuously reinvest in our company to stay ahead or on top of the curve and also plan to start investing in our local communities.
- We will be launching The Luxury Vault (an asset management tool) in January of 2018 which will allow agents, marketing directors, team leaders and owners to have access and keep track of all of their individual property assets or manage teams and agency assets. I can not wait to talk about this further, so stay tuned.
- We have developed and are positioning ourselves to be the only company to offer agents a payment option to be revealed in February 2018 that will give all agents the ability to market effectively with professional content.
- We will be introducing three new services out of the gate and more are in the works. 1. Agent Profile Videos, which will vary in scope depending on the type of production involved. 2. Agent Photography, we will be doing this individually, for teams and in bulk on location at various agencies. 3. We are excited to introduce agents websites that will be developed to suit your specific needs.
- We listen to our partners and clienteles needs and wants very closely. Implementing new ideas and services that increase our partners and clients experience is key, but we also focus on creating solutions that increase productivity, visibility and overall success.
I look forward to creating dialogue and discussion as well as providing strategies, tools and what is currently trending in technology within the world of Real Estate. I will combine this information with humor, passion, sometimes a touch of sarcasm, but most of all I will do it with honesty, integrity and consistency.
